Artist's Statement
“Woodland Path” is from my series of black and white and monochromatic landscapes that explore the order, nature and mystery of a scene and express qualities that evoke an intimate connection or tell a story. My process involves the use of natural light and careful control of tonality to represent the environment in ways that are interpretive and not documentary.
